1. To ensure a smooth shopping experience for visitors who have created an account on our website, or visitors have placed an order without creating an account, we keep the following customer-provided information on file:

   6. To prevent a potential serious data breaches,we do not store any customer credit card information in our database(s).
2. For customers who register a Moshi product on our website, we keep the following information on file to validate any future warranty claims:
   1. Name and email address (for identification purposes),
   2. Country of registration (for direct forwarding of any future warranty claims to the corresponding Service Center)

How to Delete Your Data

If at any time you would like your personal information removed from our system, please send an email to support@moshi.com with the subject “delete my account” and we will process your request within 10 business days. At that time you will receive an email confirmation from our support team detailing the data that was removed along with your internal Customer ID number.

Site Terms

Moshi Corporation ("Moshi") has developed these Site Terms to govern your use of Moshi''s site, located at www.moshi.com (the "Site"). Moshi provides the Content (defined below) available to you on the Site subject to the following conditions. Your access to, and use of, the Site indicates your agreement to these Site Terms. About Cookies

"Cookies" are files that are stored in your computer so that web servers can access certain information you''ve already provided in the past. Our shopping cart only uses a temporary cookie to store your shopping cart information, and a number cookie to track our advertising. We do not store any of your personal information with cookies.

About e-Newsletters and e-Vouchers

We do not spam. Periodically, we may send you information via email about new product releases or online credits that you may redeem for purchases on our online shop. Only Moshi will send you these direct mailings. If you do not want to be included on our mailing list, simply tell us when you sign up for your account. If at any time you wish to be removed from the mailing list, simply write to our customer team at support@moshi.com.

About Mobile Applications

We create mobile applications for both iOS and Android devices to enhance and extend use of Moshi products. The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Content Ownership

All of the information, text, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips, video, html, source and object code, data, and other materials displayed on, transmitted through, or used in connection with the Site, including for example new and existing product information, marketing brochures, press releases, highlights, driver downloads, and other materials (collectively, the "Content"), as well as its selection and arrangement, are owned and copyrighted by Moshi, or its subsidiaries, licensors, or business partners. Moshi actively protects its rights, including its copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, in the Content to the fullest extent of the law.

Moshi provides online technical support in the form of an e-mailto which you may address your technical inquiries. This support,as with all other content, is provided "As Is " and without warranty. Moshi disclaims any responsibility or liability for any diminution, reduction or elimination or voiding of any third-party warranty coverage arising out of or related to actions taken pursuant to Moshi''s technical assistance information or advice.
