Shipping Information
Moshi online store ships orders Monday to Friday by 9:00 AM (*excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be shipped the next business day.
- Home Delivery: Actual delivery time will depend on the courier's route and schedule.
- Convenience Store Pickup: Please pay attention to the arrival notification via SMS, and pick up your package within 7 days of arrival. Please do not fail to collect your package without reason. If shipping costs are incurred due to unclaimed items, they will be borne by the customer.
