1. Standard shipping schedule: Orders placed today will be shipped the next business day.

Home delivery takes approximately 1–2 business days.
2. Convenience store pickup takes approximately 2–3 business days.

▍ Delivery Area:
Shipping available to Taiwan main island only.

▍ Delivery Methods:

1. Home Delivery: Items will be shipped via HCT Logistics. Please note that specific delivery dates or time slots cannot be selected.
2. Convenience Store Pickup: Once your order arrives at the store, you will receive an SMS notification. Please keep an eye on your phone for pickup instructions.

▍Ordering Process:

1. Select the quantity ➡ Fill in shipping address / delivery method / payment method ➡ Click "Checkout" ➡ Enter customer and shipping details ➡ Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy ➡ Submit order.
2. After submitting the order, please ensure your email is correct. You will receive an “Order Confirmation” email with your order details and tracking link.
3. Once payment is completed, you will receive a “Payment Successful” email automatically from our system.

 

▍Ordering Notes
1. Group-buy products can be ordered and shipped together with other items from the official website.
2. Group-buy products are not eligible for store credits, birthday rewards, or other official website promotions.
*Note: Since group-buy products already enjoy exclusive discounted prices, they cannot be combined with store credits, birthday rewards, or additional promotions from the official website.
(Example: If you purchase both the group-buy item “Passport Finder Holder” and a regular item “IonGo 10K Duo-C PD Portable Battery” only the regular item is eligible for store credits, birthday rewards, or other promotions. Group-buy items are excluded.)
3. Free Gift Promotion Rules
Group-buy products that reach the designated spending threshold will qualify for corresponding free gifts. Gifts are not cumulative.
*Note: Non-group-buy products do not count toward the spending threshold for group-buy free gifts.
(Example: If you spend NT$1,500 on group-buy items, you’ll receive a branded tote bag. If you spend less than NT$1,500 on group-buy items but reach NT$1,500 with non-group-buy items or a combination of both, the gift promotion does not apply.)
4. Free Shipping Policy
For home delivery orders, shipping is free on purchases over NT$1,000. Orders below this threshold will be charged NT$80 for home delivery or NT$65 for convenience store pickup. Returns or exchanges made within the 7-day appreciation period are free of charge (note: this period is for evaluation only, and items must be returned in original condition). If a return is made after this period and the final order total falls below the NT$1,000 free shipping threshold, the shipping cost (e.g., NT$80 for home delivery in Taiwan) will be deducted from your credit card refund or bank transfer. Conversely, if the total remains above the threshold after the return, no shipping fee will be charged.

▍ Returns:

1. In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including weekends and holidays), starting from the day after you receive the product. During this period, you may request a return. Returns outside this window will not be accepted. Shipping fee responsibilities will be handled according to our free shipping threshold policy.
2. Each order is eligible for one free return within the 7-day appreciation period. The shipping fee responsibilities are subject to the shopping terms. To avoid any disputes, please carefully inspect the item before initiating a return.
If the return causes the remaining amount of your order to fall below the threshold for any free gifts or promotional offers, the free gift must also be returned. If any promotional item is missing, the return cannot be processed.
3. For partial returns, the system will automatically recalculate the value of the remaining items, and any applicable discounts or store credits will be proportionally adjusted. Refunds will be based on the discounted value of the returned items.
 
▍ Refunds:

Once the returned package is sent and received, it will take approximately 7–8 business days to process the refund.
The refund will be credited back to the original credit card account.
Please note that due to interbank processing, it may take 7–14 additional days for the amount to appear on your credit card statement.
Refund posting time may vary depending on your card's billing cycle. For further information on post-refund processing time, please contact your credit card issuer directly.

 
▍ Warranty:

1. All Moshi products come with a 2-year warranty, valid with a purchase receipt or order proof (including online purchase records and receipts).
2. The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, improper usage, misuse, or poor maintenance. Normal wear and tear from regular use is also excluded.
However, products used for special promotional events may still be covered based on the warranty terms outlined for that product.
Additionally, for battery-related items (such as power banks), natural battery degradation over time is not covered, as the battery's capacity will naturally decline due to usage (as with all lithium-ion batteries).
 
▍ Extended Warranty:

1. Moshi products come with a 2-year global warranty by default.You may extend the warranty for up to 10 years by registering your product serial number.
2. To register, please visit our website and enter the serial number and authorization code, which can be found on the anti-counterfeit label on the back of the product packaging or inside on the warranty card.
3. Once registration is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with your product registration details, which can be kept for future reference.
4. If the product packaging or warranty card is lost, registration cannot be redone. Each Moshi product serial number is unique and pre-registered in our system, and cannot be reissued or replaced.
